About the position
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will work closely with our product teams to deeply understand user needs, test ideas, and validate solutions. Your research will shape product decisions, improve customer experience, and deliver clear, actionable insights that directly impact our business and ecosystem growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of UX research across all stages of the product lifecycle
- Define research goals, hypotheses, and methods in collaboration with product and design teams
- Fully own the research process, from creating research plans to delivering findings and insights
- Manage the quality and quantity of respondents, using appropriate tools and methods to optimize participant recruitment
- Plan and forecast the research budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Identify and implement the most suitable tools for quantitative, unmoderated testing on platforms with the required audience
- Conduct qualitative research such as in-depth interviews, usability testing, and diary studies
- Ensure that research outcomes are adopted and applied by product teams
- Promote a research-driven culture across the organization, mentoring teams on how to use insights effectively in decision-making
Requirements
- Deep understanding of UX research methods both qualitative and quantitative, including testing, data analysis, and insight synthesis
- Proficiency with tools for quantitative, unmoderated testing (e.g., UserQ, Maze, Useberry, or similar)
- English proficiency sufficient for working with international tools and documentation‍
- Background with ecosystem product teams is an advantage
- Arabic is an advantage

- Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

- Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
- Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
