About the position
We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant with Administrative Responsibilities to manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of IFRS, and the ability to handle both financial and administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with IFRS standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
Administrative Duties
- Handle general office administration and documentation
- Maintain contracts, invoices, and financial records filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors, banks, auditors, and government authorities
- Assist management with reports, schedules, and correspondence
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Have a very good track of the meetings with the different stakeholders and updating the Finance management on a timely basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Good understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
