About the position
We’re looking for a Communications Integration Engineer to join us on a full-time, 6-month contract. In this role, you will design, implement, and support the company’s client communications ecosystem, ensuring the reliable operation and seamless integration of telephony, messaging, SMS, and email channels with CRM Creatio and other business systems to enable stable and scalable customer communication.
Responsibilities
- Audit of current communication channels and establishment of the target architecture
- Full cycle of communications solution implementation
- Integration with business systems
- Monitoring of communication quality (QoS), analytics on message and email delivery
- Optimization of telecommunication service costs
- Scaling the infrastructure to support business growth
- Sourcing, testing, selection, and management of provider relationships (VoIP, WhatsApp API, SMS, Email)
- Deployment and support of solutions (on-premise or cloud with Qatar requirement)
- Ensuring data security and compliance
Requirements
- Deep technical knowledge: Strong understanding of VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP), APIs (REST, Webhooks), networking concepts, and databases
- Integration experience: Proven ability to connect and orchestrate multiple systems using APIs, middleware, and integration layers
- CRM knowledge: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Creatio / BPMsoft, including integrations with external systems
- CPaaS expertise: Experience with CPaaS platforms such as Infobip, Webitel, MoEngage, or similar solutions, as well as on-premise systems like Asterisk
- Project management skills: Ability to manage projects end-to-end, from concept and design to implementation, including timelines and budgeting
