We are seeking a Tech Recruiter to help us find top A-talent for our Engineering, Data, and IT teams at QIC. In this role, you’ll work closely with various departments to enhance our recruitment strategy and ensure we attract the best talent in the industry. You’ll be part of a dynamic Talent Team that includes recruiters, talent business partners, and HR professionals.

About the position

Responsibilities

Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations and to plan projects accordingly
Administering and adjusting the processes inside the development teams
Assisting with building a roadmap, setting objectives, and prioritising projects' pipeline
Documenting key risks, information gaps and dependencies in the project plans
Effectively managing and communicating the projects' objectives, progress and any issues that may affect the process
Continuous improvement: facilitating retrospective meetings, communicating ideas and gathering feedback inside as well as outside of the department

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a recruiter in the IT sector, focusing on technical roles.

Experience working in a product-driven company with a strong corporate culture.

Proficiency in using ATS systems like Huntflow or similar tools.

Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and networking strategies on LinkedIn.

Fluent in English (B2-C1) for effective communication with candidates and team members.

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone

Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
