We are seeking a Talent Partner to join us in creating a happier, more productive work environment and to support our ambitious business goals. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, sales, web development, and business insurance teams, providing HR support and fostering team growth. You'll be part of a diverse Talent Team that includes recruiters, talent business partners, a C&B manager, an HR brand manager, and a coordinator.

About the position

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Business units to address HR issues and enhance team performance.

Assist in developing talent management strategies tailored to the needs of various business roles.

Provide guidance on employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

Track and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Help design and implement organizational strategies as the company evolves into an ecosystem.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in IT as an HR Manager or Talent Management professional.

Proven experience in remote-first digital teams with strong corporate cultures.

Fluent in English (B2-C1) to ensure clear communication with global teams.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

Familiarity with tools such as HiBob, Huntflow, Slack, Notion, and ClickUp.

Knowledge of talent management best practices and a drive to implement them.

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

Payment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFT
Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 days of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
Potential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, Qatar
