Join the qic.online team at Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) as a Senior Product Analyst! You’ll design A/B tests, create dashboards, investigate data discrepancies, and collaborate on product optimizations. If you’re skilled in SQL, Python, data science, and tools like GA4, BigQuery, and Tableau, and have strong math and statistical knowledge, this remote role offers a diverse team, US dollar salary, and opportunities for career growth and relocation to Doha.

About the position

Responsibilities

Design and conduct A/B testing to measure the impact of changes;
Create and maintain dashboards and reports;
Proactively investigate and resolve data discrepancies and ensure data quality;
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop data-driven recommendations for feature improvements, optimization, and new product capabilities;
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in a product analyst role
Proficient in SQL and Python
Strong knowledge in mathematics and statistics, including the ability to build mathematical models and perform regressions
Experience in Data Science, specifically with uplift modeling and causal effect analysis
Proficiency in GA4, BigQuery, Jupyter Notebook, Tableau, Looker, and Firebase
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment
Upper-Intermediate level of English
