We are seeking an experienced and bilingual Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the MENA region, demonstrating deep knowledge of local markets. You will work closely with our team to create and execute marketing strategies aimed at enhancing our brand and reaching target audiences in the corporate and retail sector.

About the position

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our insurance products and services.
Manage content creation for both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the UAE or Qatar.
Bilingual (Arabic and English fluency required).
Proven experience in large corporations or within corporate business environments.
Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Long-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation period

Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone

Performance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raise in March and September
