About the position

We are looking for a responsible, self-driven, and proactive Frontend Developer to join the QIC Loyalty team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and maintain existing functionality
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers and UX/UI designers
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality standards
  • Write unit and integration tests
  • Develop internal admin panels

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (Vue 3, React)
  • Experience working with WebView
  • Understanding of Feature-Sliced Design (FSD) principles
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, TeamCity)
  • Proficiency with state management tools (Vuex, Pinia, Redux, Zustand)
  • Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI (or Swagger 2.0)
  • Familiarity with authentication methods, including JWT
  • Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools (Sentry, ELK, DataDog)
  • Experience working with design systems and UI libraries
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with cross functional teams

We offer

  • Long-term contract with QIC with a 3-months probation period
  • We are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 20+ different countries
  • Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezone
  • Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick days off
  • Your salary will be subject to review as part of the company’s regular Performance review process
  • Future relocation to Qatar: we provide full support with obtaining your Qatar ID (QID), relocation assistance, and flexibility for hybrid work from our Doha headquarters to ensure a smooth transition
